About
Verified SaaS pricing for people who actually buy SaaS
No vendor pays us to rank them. Every tier on every page traces back to that vendor's own pricing page. Refreshed monthly. Free forever.
Why this site exists
SaaS pricing pages from vendors are designed to sell, not to compare. The headline number rarely matches the invoice. Add-on hubs, seat minimums, annual commitment requirements, and usage overages are often disclosed only in the small print or after a sales call.
We publish the structured numbers: every tier, every per-seat price, every hidden-fee note, so you can model the true cost before you negotiate.
How we work
Research
For each tool we open the vendor's official pricing page, list every published tier, capture monthly + annual rates, and flag anything that requires a sales call.
Verify
Numbers get cross-checked against the vendor's terms of service and recent customer invoices we have access to. Discrepancies trigger a "Last verified" date refresh.
Publish
Every page links to the source. Every page carries the verification date. Every page lists hidden-fee risk so you know what to ask before you sign.
Methodology
-
1Source from the vendor. No press releases, no review-site aggregators. The pricing page itself is the only source we accept for a tier.
-
2Capture every tier. Free, paid, and "Custom" all get a row. Custom tiers are marked Custom and never invented.
-
3Note the hidden fees. Per-seat minimums, annual commitments, overage rates, integration tax, AI add-on creep: what the headline price doesn't show.
-
4Refresh monthly. The "Last verified" date on every page is real. If we haven't re-checked in 90+ days the page gets pulled from indexes.
-
5Accept corrections fast. Pricing moves. Spotted a stale number? Email us and we update within 7 days.
Why trust this
No vendor payments
No SaaS company pays us to rank, recommend, or feature them. Funded entirely by display advertising.
No affiliate links by default
When we do recommend a tool, it's based on the public pricing data on the page, not on a referral commission.
Sources on every page
Every published tier links back to the vendor's own pricing page. Auditable in one click.
Named author
Mark Bishop maintains the editorial line. Real byline on every page; corrections come back to a real email.
